Stallholders
All positions are supplied with 6′ tables. Power is available in several locations (generally perimeter positions), as indicated.
To book your space, first select your location (all locations see the same footfall) and then the number of tables needed. When completing the booking, if returning, please add your previous position, if you know/remember it.
To help stallholders, we are happy to take a £100 deposit to reserve your spot when booking, with the outstanding to be paid by 31st August 2026
Whilst we will always endeavour to get regular stallholders back to their ‘normal’ position (if booked by March 30th 2026), in some cases this might not be possible, however, we will let you know if there are any issues.
Due to insurance requirements, you are not allowed to bring your own tables and can only use the ones we supply, so please ensure that you book the space you will really need.
